The book is about a boy that has the four worst days of his life. His teacher kept embarrassing him. Then he cleans the art room and the cafeteria. Then he helps his teacher with the computer.  He makes me think of me in second grade because I had the worst year of my life. This story is a good story. The book should be picked for the children book award.

Jake Drake has a big problem because all of the teachers like him. He is a teachers pet. The kids make fun of him. Sometimes the teachers make him have a red face. Jake Drake tries to be mad but everything he tries fails. Everyone should read this book because it is a good book.

Jake Drake Teacher's Pet by Andrew Clements. Andrew Clements also wrote the book Frindle. The book is about Jake Drake and when he becomes the teacher pet. He is a great helper. Jake finally stops being the Teachers pet. I think this book is ok because it's not really my type of book. I recommend to my friends because they like books. This book is fiction. There was not many illustrations.

 Jake Drake Teacher's Pet  is a realistic fiction book. It is by Andrew Clements.      The story is about Jake Drake and all of his teacher's are acting like Jake Drake is the Teacher's pet. Jake does not like that so the rest day he comes in and does something bad.  The main Character is Jake Drake. I like the book because I like to hear about how a teacher babies a kid. There were a few illustrations that were black and white.  I would recommend this book to anyone because there are things that boys and girls like, and do. The age would be for 4th Graders and up.

The things that happen to Jake were amusing because they could really happen to someone.  I would recommend this book to other 4th graders. It is a good book to read on your own, because it is not to long and it is funny.
