No More Nasty has no pictures. The story is about a boy whose aunt I a substitute teacher. The boy is embarrassed about her messing up everything. This book would be good for a fourth grader. I liked this book because it was funny. I liked this book maybe you will too!!!

No More Nasty by Amy MacDonald is a fictional book. This book is about a fifth grade boy named Simon. It takes place at Simon's school. Simon's Aunt Matilda is teaching his class and he's very embarrassed because she's so weird. This book has a few black and white pictures. I like this book because it's funny. I would recommend this book to any age who can read well because there are some hard words in the book.

The book No More Nasty by Amy MacDonald was very good and funny. The setting was in a town in America. The genre was realistic Fiction. Simon is the main character and he is embarrassed by his Great Aunt Matilda. The tone was funny and interesting. The plot is about Simon having his great Aunt as a teacher. The problem is about trying to survive as a student of his aunt. I liked this book because of the ways Simon reacts to the comments and facts. I recommend this book for children in 4th through 8th grade.

The book No More Nasty by Amy MacDonald is a fiction story about Simon. The narrator/main character whose Great Aunt Matilda, one day appears into his classroom, to Simon's embarrassment, she acts like a weird person to the class.  And with her huge yellow hat, she acts differently from the other teachers. I really liked this hilarious story that you'll never regret for reading. This is a good book for ages 9-11 or 3rd grade-6th grade. You'll love this crazy mixed up story!

The book I chose for the R.I. Childrens Book Award was No More Nasty by Amy MacDonald. The genre is fiction because teachers are not that dumb. My favorite part is when the kids set off the bell to go to recess. The second part I liked is when she throws out the attendance slip. I think this book is hilarious because she wears different socks and weird hats. I would recommend this book for 4-6th graders and ages 10-12 because it would be too hard for grades under 4th. If you don't read this book you will be sorry.
