Community Directory Search Tips

The directory search will locate records that meet ALL of the criteria you enter into the search form.

If you do not select a field, any value will match.

If you select a search that exceeds the result size limit, add an additional criteria to narrow your search.

Using the Wildcard (*)

Example: The search for someone with the first name Kathy but you’re not sure how she spells her name:

Enter First Name:

[*ath]     (note the * at the end is assumed)

The search will return all entries with a first name that contains “ath”

Cathleen
Father
Heather
Kathie
Kathy

Search for an “AND” match

Example: To search for all teachers who teach First and Fourth grade

Use the control key to select multiple choices in the desired field(s).

Search for an “OR” match

Example: To search for all teachers who teach First or Fourth grade

You must run as separate searches; you may get duplicates if someone meets both criteria.
