RINET has reserved a block of rooms in The Providence Biltmore for the conference. Reservations will be taken at (401)421-0700 (please mention RINET when booking). The discounted rate for the block of rooms will be honored until March 9.

Valet Parking is available at the Hotel ($15.00 /day) as well as numerous parking lots within one to three blocks of the hotel with rates ranging from $8.00 - $20.00.

Parking: A privately owned and operated parking garage is located adjacent to the Hotel and they are connected by a walkway located on the second level. Parking costs $24.00 for overnight guest per night and $15.00 for daytime meetings. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Airport Transportation: There are three options for transportation to and from the airport:
1. Cab from the Airport: $28 – $32 total for the cab no matter how many people (within reason!)
2. Airport Limo Shuttle: $11 per person, call 401-737-2868, leaves the airport on the hour, takes 20 minutes to get to the Biltmore, 40 minutes to return to the Airport due to making multiple stops.
3. Bus #14, bus schedules available at RIPTA.com, the bus does not operate on Sundays, Cost per person $1.75.
