Filtering Request Filtering
To request and activate Internet Content Filtering:
Print out the RINET Filtering Agreement. Complete and sign the Agreement. Then mail or FAX it to Network Support at either RINET, 646 Camp Avenue, North Kingstown, RI 02852 or FAX# 295-8101
- Download and/or view the list and description of available filtering categories to prepare to maintain local filtering rules
- Complete the RINET Filtering Setup Form and e-mail it to netsupport@staff.ri.net with an indication of when your school or district would like to begin filtering
- Set up an "installation date" with the Network Support staff at netsupport@staff.ri.net or 295-9200 to activate filtering and verify its proper functioning
- Attend a Filtering Administration Training Session (offered periodically throughout the year and on-demand) in order to be able to maintain local filtering policies.
