Polycom FX Unit

Be sure to plug into a 100Mbps Full duplex LAN port

If unit is behind a firewall, your LAN Administrator should check www.polycom.com for configuration suggestions. Anytime a firewall change is made, a test call should be placed to the Polycom from within the firewall and from outside the firewall.

Maintain Polycom equipment IOS (operating system). RINET recommends that the IOS is updated at least every 12 months.
