Support Support Contacts

RINET uses a distributed support model in order to keep costs down for our members and to keep response times short. Your school or district Technology Director /Technology Coordinator can assist you with general computing questions or direct you to the appropriate resource.

Online Self-service: For online documentation on any of RINET’s products and services, please visit the Products & Services section of this Web site.

Targeted Support: Certain products and services have specific school-based contacts. Listed below are the appropriate contacts for Email & Dialup Accounts, Student Information Systems and Videoconferencing

Email & Dial Up Accounts - Each school has a designated Account Manager. Users in schools or districts should contact the local Account Manager for support. Account Managers are listed alphabetically by school.

Student Information System (SchoolMAX)- Each participating district has a district-wide Data Manager. Users in participating districts and schools should contact the district's Data Manager with any issues or concerns. If the district data manager cannot resolve an issue, the manager will contact the SIS Help Desk at RINET.
