On behalf of the daycare staff, we would like to welcome you to The Father John V. Doyle after school program.  The program has undergone some changes so please read the information below carefully. 
The program is offered from 2:30-5:30.  The charge is now by the hour and the cost is $6.00 per hour.  If you are interested in the program, you must register your child one month in advance throughout the school year.  Calendars are due no later than the 20th of each month for the following month.  On the back of each calendar you will notice an emergency contact form.  This information MUST be completed monthly in order for your child to attend the program. Anyone who will be picking up your child must be on the emergency contact form and show a license at pick up. 

There are only 25 spaces available for grades K-2, and 25 spaces for grades 3-8 so please hand in your calendars on time. 

The schedule for grades K-2 is as follows:
2:30-3:30  Outdoor/Indoor play
3:30-4:00  Quiet time.
4:00-4:30  Snack/drink (we provide a snack and drink, however, your child may bring a snack from home.  If they choose to bring a snack from home, they do not receive a daycare snack.)
4:30-5:30 Play time. 

The schedule for grades 3-8 is as follows:
2:30-3:30  Homework.  Students must have a book to read or something to work on in the event that they finish homework before 3:30.
3:30-4:30  Outdoor/Indoor play
4:30-5:00  Snack/drink (we provide a snack and drink, however, your child may bring a snack from home.  If they choose to bring a snack from home, they do not receive a daycare snack.)
5:00-5:30 Study time.
 
 

Discounts are available for more than one child.
Payments will be accepted at the end of each month.  Checks are preferable and may be made payable to Father John V. Doyle School.  We do not accept prepayments.
 
 
 

In order to ensure the safety of your child, parents need to complete an after care emergency form and return it to the school before their child may start the after care program.  All adults picking up a child from the after care program must have a photo ID available to show the staff.  We appreciate your cooperation. 

  We follow Coventry's early dismissal/no school schedule.  If Coventry cancels school or after school activities, we are closed.  Please make arrangements accordingly.
