Science Fair

Many thanks to those of you who have already volunteered to judge the Science Fair!  We are still in need of more judges, so please email me at tanguayscience@verizon.net if you are able to help.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!   Judging will be held from 12:00 - 4:00 (if necessary - I would like to have it done earlier, if possible), but if your schedule doesn't work with those times, other times can be arranged.  Feel free to bring a friend~   :o)

Ok, everyone, it's that time again!!!!
The FJVD Science fair has been set for December 2nd, 2009.

I realize that this is much earlier than many of you anticipated, but there are many reasons why I feel this will be a better time for your child.

1.  Finishing the fair before mid-term exams gives your child much needed time to concentrate on exam preparation.

2.  Having the fair before the holidays means your family can relax and enjoy the time off without stressing over a major project.

3.  Entering the State Science and Engineering Fair requires a lot of paperwork and preparation by the entrants and having the fair early allows them planning time to be fully prepared to compete on this level.

Follow the "Science Fair" link above for due dates, forms and information.  If you have any questions, feel free to email  me at tanguayscience@verizon.net or call me at the school.  I would be happy to help in any way I can!
