Welcome to Mercymount Country Day School Library.

The Mercymount Country Day School Library is open from 8:30AM to 3:15PM Monday through Friday.

Each class from Kindergarten through Grade Six comes to the library weekly for Library Media Skills and for checking out materials.  The PreKindergarten students visit the library once a month for storytime.  The Seventh and Eighth Graders use the library on a needs basis for research and for checking out materials.

Mercymount Country Day School Library has a computerized catalog to help patrons find library materials.  Patrons use dedicated searching stations to locate materials.  Patrons search the catalog by title, author, subject, or keyword.

CD ROMs are popular because they can hold so much information and many users can use them at the same time.  Our library's collection includes encyclopedias, the National Geographic series and other reference subjects.
