MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Appropriate Rhode Island Certification.
2. Relevant credentials.
3. Relevant successful experience.
4. Experience teaching in an Alternate Learning Program or equivalent preferred.
5. Ability to work with behaviorally challenged students.
6. Provide a vision that reflects an ALL STUDENTS classroom program.
7. Ability to work with colleagues, parents, students and administrators.
8. Ability and knowledge to utilize technology in the teaching and learning process.
9. Knowledge of curriculum, standards and performance assessment
10. Support the Certificate of Initial Mastery initiatives.
11. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
12. Strong interpersonal skills.
13. Positive attitude.
14. Successful interview.
15. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Screening Committee may find appropriate.
