    The Middletown School Committee, with the Building Advisory Committee of Middletown Public Schools, engaged Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. (KBA) to study the feasibility of a new elementary school, due to closing Linden Elementary School (Linden School) and Middletown's growing elementary-age population.
