1) Flooring: On-going replacement program

i) Gaudet-lower one half of lower level – Complete. The rest is scheduled for February vacation/CIP money

i) MHS - 100% done

4) Exterior Painting and Lead encapsulation: In-house program

5) Interior Painting: On-going in-house program

7) Paving, safety and drainage program : 10-year management plan written by Louis Berger Group.

i) Gaudet- entrance and front parking lot scheduled for spring/ CIP money

8) Interior ADA signage plan: part of 5-year ADA improvement program

11) Roof Update: Bond/insurance

i) Gaudet - Add four roof drains - Complete

ii) Aquidneck – Repaired leak in Annex - Complete

iii) High School - Section of foyer roof entering gym was damaged in storm. In process of being repaired. Insurance covering cost

i) The Greenhouse is complete and has been inspected by building official and fire department. Final cost was approximately $15,000.00.

ii) All structures except for the greenhouse have been taken down, we will pick back up on this in spring

19) Security

i) High School- card system is up and running

20) Fire Upgrade

i) Oliphant- new fire panel - Complete

ii) High School -new fire panel - Complete

iii) Gaudet- new fire panel to be complete by end of month
