Dear Colleagues & Parents:
On behalf of the School Committee and Administration, I wish each of you a Happy New Year. We look forward to a continued sense of growth and commitment in the Middletown Public Schools.
The School Committee and Administration have set ambitious goals for the next two years. These goals address improved student achievement, with an emphasis on standards-based practices, enhanced communication efforts, facilities updating, support for the high school reform initiatives, lobbying for adequate funding and seeking alternative revenue sources to support the Middletown Public Schools.
There are many great things happening in our schools, thanks to our administration and staff. As we approach the remaining months of the school year, we will publicly celebrate these successes at School Committee Meetings. We look forward to the challenges and successes we accomplish together.
