Middletown Public Schools Work Order Request for Facilities & Technology |

Beginning Tuesday, January 18, 2005 the facilities and technology work order system will be upgraded for ALL MIDDLETOWN PUBLIC SCHOOLS EMPLOYEES. All staff members will report their problems directly to School Dude.
MPS employees will log into www.myschoolbuilding.com or select the
button at www.ri.net/middletown .
· MPS employees will need the organization account number of 220501125 and the submittal password of mps. They will also need to enter their mpsri.net email address.
· Emergencies will be reported to the main office in the appropriate building. The main office staff will call the facilities office or the technology office depending upon the problem.
· Unless it is an emergency, principals should NO LONGER submit work orders for their staff.
· A direction sheet was sent out on January 13, 2005 via email to all MPS employees.
· Please call the technology office or facilities office with any questions, comments or concerns.
