This book is about a young man who was wrongly accused of stealing a pair of superstar’s shoes that were at a charity event. He is then sent to a juvenile detention camp which he later finds out has something mysterious going on. In this camp, each boy  digs holes, five feet long, and five feet deep. They have to dig one hole every day. As the story goes on, the boy finds a treasure which he later discovers is why they were digging holes  all along. This story makes you remember the everyday privileges that you have. It even makes going to school seem fun!  It also makes you think of all the people who are wrongly convicted of crimes everyday.  It makes you wonder, could this one day be me? I enjoyed this book a lot.
