Lieutenant Stone, Town of Narragansett Fire Fighter

Lieutenant Michael Stone, who is also Danielís father, came to our class to talk about fire fighting. He told us some important things about what to do in a fire. He said that we should practice fire drills with our families and that everyone should know where to meet. He also said that we should never play with matches.The thing he likes most about his job is meeting lots of people in the town and helping them when they need his help. The thing about his job that is hard is that sometimes people get hurt or die. That is the sad part of his job.

We enjoyed interviewing Lieutenant Stone and we are glad that we have people like him working to keep us safe in Narragansett.
