COLONIAL LIFE We studied and compared how people lived in the Colonial Times with how we live now.We enjoyed many activities and crafts that were necessities 200 years ago.Some of the things we did were:

    -write with a feather pen
    -dry apple slices to preserve them
    -weave on a loom
    -dye fabric with berries
    -pick and dry herbs for cooking or medicine

We decided living in Colonial Times would be fun BUT for one or two days only.

At the end of our unit on Colonial Life we invted our parents to view our projects and partake of some herbal tea and goodies
