Internet Activities

This fall we were invited to Boston to meet the Globalearn Explorers as they started their journey across the United States.We followed their progress via the Internet. Every day they posted interesting facts about our country as they traveled from Boston on the east coast to San Francisco on the west coast.

We have also participated in the Landmark Game on the Internet.Each school chose a landmark and made up 9 clues about their choice.There were 50 schools participating so we did a lot of research before we could submit our guessesabout their Landmarks.We were one of three schools throughout the world who correctly guessed 41 of the of the Landmarks.We are now getting ready to join the Explorer Game which follows the same format where we make up 9 clues about an explorer and then E-mail our guesses to the moderator.
