Narragansett



 
 

The Towers is the most popular landmark in southern
Rhode Island.

This  statue is located across from The
Narragansett Beach. It's called Dancing
on the Wave.

This half-mile beach is located in the center of
town.

The Narragansett Beach is known as one of the
best surfing beaches in Rhode Island.
 
 

In the 1980's Peter Roth carved this
Indian on its current location. He also
carved it out of one big log. There is one in
each state.

There are many Mr. Potato Heads in RI. This one is in Narragansett.Pranks  have been committed by students who
delight in stealing his parts.

There are tons of fishing boats at Galilee
that leave to go fishing each day.

This boat is called the Block Island Ferry.
It sails to Block Island and holds lots of
cars and people. It takes about one hour
to get there.
