1. Existing File or Web Page allows you to select from recent links that you have created or to enter a URL.  I like to copy the address from the address bar in my browser and paste it in the field that says "Type the file or Web page name:"
  2. Place in This Document allows you to create a relative link on the fly.  For example, if you wanted to create a link up to the top of your page, place your curser where you want the link to appear.  Click on Insert > Hyperlink > Place in this Document.  Type "Top" in the field that says "Text to Display" and select "Top of Document" by clicking on the words.  Click OK to create the link.
  3. Create New Document allows you to create a new page at the same time as you create the link.  You simply have to Type the text to be displayed on your original page and type the path to your "web page" folder.  You can locate that folder easily by clicking on the Change button.
  4. E-mail Address allows you to create a link to an e-mail address in your page.  Your readers will click on the link and their email program will open for them to send a new message.  The nice part is that the e-mail address that you enter will be in the "To:" field of their new message automatically.  Your readers will not have to worry about typing in your e-mail address to contact you.  You have done all of the work for them!
