The Towers

The Towers is an historic building located in the center of town near the town beach. At the turn of the century Narragansett rivaled Newport as a summer resort for the rich and famous. The Towers is all that is left of the era when hotels and casinos lined the shore. Recently renovated, The Towers is a picturesque location for parties and weddings and is the home of the Chamber of Commerce. Narragansett Town Beach

The town beach is a popular surfing beach on the east coast and is often the site of New England surfing contests.

The entrance to Narragansett Bay and the port of Galillee is marked by the Point Judith Lighthouse. Newport and Block Island are visible on a clear day.
