At the house - at this point there is gear everywhere!  That's me, sitting at the computer writing to you!
This is the female that was collared on Wednesday.  Dr. Laundre is checking it's teeth.
The tranquilized cat.
He's tattooing her ears. The green dye will stay in the tattoo number to make it more visible as she gets older.
Dr. Laundre is attaching the radio collar on the cat.
This is a deer kill that was seen by some of the group.  This deer was NOT killed by a puma, but probably by bobcats or coyotes.  Pumas cache (sounds like "cash") their prey, which means they hide it.  They may hide it under a tree like the juniper at the right, or scatter something over the top of it.  Once they are temporarily full they will leave it cached and then return to the kill at another time.
