Students make appointments with their Guidance Counselors to discuss and deal with matters concerning their academic program, career plans and personal problems.

The counselors are specially trained to assist students to realize their full potential. Depending on the needs, the individual counselor can help students:

• Develop positive attitudes,
  

• Choose the appropriate academic courses,
  

• Solve personal problems
  

• Discover talents and abilities
  

• Find a job,
  

• Design an educational plan,
  

• Decide on a career path,

For lack of a better name, at the moment, it's time to award the Kiss the Pig scholarship! Remember when Mrs. Mendonsa and Mrs. Winston went around school humiliating teachers and convincing them to join in? Even though Mrs. Winston herself got nabbed, its still money well spent.
