II. D. 2. Athletic Complex Facilities

To afford the widest variety of physical education activities and make the best use of available resources, the West Warwick School Committee may allow physical education classes to utilize both indoor and outdoor facilities at the West Warwick Athletic Complex provided that the use of any facility does not:

1. Preclude nor interfere with contractual rental time agreed to by the Complex management and applicants.

2. Incur additional costs for the Athletic Complex or the School Department.

3. Interfere with normal custodial and/or maintenance operations.

4. Violate and of the rules and regulations established for the facilities utilized.
