III. C. Certification
No person shall be employed to teach in any school supported wholly or in part by public money, unless such person shall have a certificate of qualification issued by or under the authority of the state Board of Regents for Elementary and Secondary Education.

Renewal
It shall be the responsibility of all professional personnel to take the necessary steps for certificate renewal.
