V. A. 5. Tuition Students

The West Warwick School Committee may accept the enrollment of non-resident students contingent upon the following:

1. Pupils are of suitable character, ability and training as determined by West Warwick School Department officials.

2. No increase in the size of faculty or staff shall be necessary to accommodate said student(s).

3. It appears to the superintendent of schools at the time of acceptance that no class on the elementary level and no section in the secondary school courses to which such students shall be assigned shall contain more than the desired number of students.

4. A tuition payment schedule is acceptable to and agreed upon with the city or town where the student(s) in question reside.
