V. A. 6. Non-tuition Students

The West Warwick School Committee may accept the enrollment of non-resident students on a non-tuition basis contingent upon the following:

1. Same as #1-3 of V.A.5 Tuition Students.

2. The student is entering his or her senior year (grade 12) after attending West Warwick schools in previous years.

3. Upon petitioning the West Warwick School Committee to complete the remainder of a school year begun in West Warwick schools while a resident of the town.
