ARE YOU “SPACED OUT”?

FOR PROFIT COMPANIES ARE INVITED TO USE SPACE AT THE SOUTHERN RHODE ISLAND COLLABORATIVE EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTER WHICH OFFERS QUALITY CONFERENCE/TRAINING ROOMS IN A NEWLY REMODELED FACILITY AT 646 CAMP AVENUE IN NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI.

Our facilities:
  • are handicapped accessible
  • offer reasonably priced rental rates
  • are air conditioned
  • include free parking
  • have hookups for media equipment
  • are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

(Special arrangements can be made to accommodate additional hours.)

List of nearby caterers is available.

Three rooms are available
  • Conference Room A is suitable for up to 20 people.
     
  • Training Room B* is suitable for up to 30 people.
     
  • Training Room C* is suitable for up to 40 people.

     
    • * Training rooms B and C are separated by an accordion door and may be rented separately or together.

    The following rates apply.

    Conference Room A* $ 21.00/hour
    Training Room B* $ 25.00/hour
    Training Room C* $ 31.00/hour
    Training Rooms B and C Combined* $ 48.00/hour
    Multi Media projector w/screen $ 100.00/day
    VCR w/large TV screen $ 50.00/day
    High Speed Internet Hookup $ 200.00/day
    Flipcharts w/markers $ 25.00
    Videoconferencing By special arrangement

    * includes overhead projector and screen.

    There are no technicians on staff. Damage deposit of $200.00 required.
