The use of videoconferencing in education is still very new to most educators. As we consider utilizing videoconferencing with our students and for professional development it is vital to examine available research to determine how best to use this tool to facilitate learning and student achievement. This page will provide links to Internet resources, as well as, a bibliography. As videoconferencing becomes more widely used and studied, it will become clearer what populations will benefit the most from it and what conditions will maximize its effectiveness.
